8 Watch out that you do not lose what you have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully.

These are some of the goals I want to accomplish with this surgery:

1. Shop in the REGULAR section of a store - not the PLUS section. (Done - as of January 2008, I am in a TEN!!)
2. Wear a belt as an accessory.  (DONE 12/07/06)
3. Wear a bathing suit in public without a shirt or shorts covering it. (Well, kinda - but my skin will keep me from it)
4. Fit in amusement park rides. I love rollercoasters! (YAY!!!!)
5. I want to run up a flight of stairs without feeling like my heart is 
   
going to beat out of my chest.(Still out of breath, but w00p)
6. To look in the mirror and not be nauseated/disgusted because of
    my weight.(I *LOVE* the way I look now)
7. To not feel like a hppocrite at work - I am a nurse, how can I
    teach others to be healthy when I am MO? (I am not MO anymore =)
8. Be able to walk in a room and not worry if I will fit in the chairs. (I don't have to, I even bought those evil plastic outside chairs!!)
9. To cut my toenails without bending my leg backwards. (DONE
    1/1/07)
10. Cross my legs. (DONE)
11. To reach all the areas of my body to dry them correctly. (So, that is what DRY feels like. No more CHAFFING)
12. To wear a shirt that doesn't have an "X" on it. (I can wear Meds and Larges!!!)
13. I want my knees to touch when I sit... naturally. (WOW, what a feeling)
14. To put my seatbelt on without having to lift up on one side. (OMG, I musta done it a hundred time, hubby thought I was nuts until I explained why).
15. To wear my hubby's clothes. (w00p)
16. To be more flexible in the bedroom with DH . (Double..er...triple w00p)
17. To walk in a room and not worry about being the "fattest" one in
      there. (Nope, no more worries)
18. Sit on the floor and not worry about how I am going to get up.(No more worries)
19. Go Parasailing.
20. To feel "normal" at a buffet and not worry is EVERYONE is
      looking at me. (I *AM* normal)
21. To go into my attic wihtout exceeding the weight limit. (DONE
       12/4/06)
22. To be in the heat and not sweat like a pig. (I am FREEZING all the TIME).
23. To have an anklet fit me. (Now, many are too big)
24. To weigh less than DH, even if only a pound. (I weight about 20 pounds less than him right now =)
25. For Dh to be able to lift me. (That was fun)
26. Wear knee/thigh high black boots. (Have 3 pair)
27. Be able to tuck in my scrub top at work. My scrubs are too big, I have to get MEDIUMS)
28. Fit through a turnstile without having to turn sideways or use 
      the handicapped entrance. (No more fear)
29. To have a normal BMI.
30. Wear a single digit pant.

I will add more as I see fit, and update when I have accomplished something.
